Al Basheer Hospital- Phase 1

Al Basheer Public Hospital extension project was under the supervisory/consultancy of Messrs Dar Al Omran Engineers and Consultants. The project consisted of eight floors with a total area of 27,400m2 for the Department of Obstetrics with a 675m2 steel ramps, 125m2 tunnel, 30m2 steel hoes and a 121m2 fuel tank. The project also required building two floors above the maternity & childhood clinics with a total area of 1,938m2

Al Basheer Hospital- Phase 2

The project required an integrated building with a total area of 18,000m2 of reinforced concrete, stone frontal surfaces and all the finishing works. The building included parking, central kitchen, medical gases systems, laundry and fully equipped warehouses

Al Basheer Hospital- Phase 3

The building consists of five floors above the street level and two basements below the street level with a total area of 47,000m2 which has a capacity for 465 patient's beds. The building includes general electromechanical works (medical gases systems and medical equipments).

Sahab Public Hospital

The 22,665m2 project started its operation in 11/1/1997 to build a public hospital with 100 beds capacity expandable at a later stage. The hospital consisted of two basements and three floors. The project also required general electromechanical works, equipments, medical gases, labs equipments, laundry rooms and the blood bank

Al Yarmouk University Library

The projects total area was 17,450m2 which consisted of six floors of reinforced concrete, stone and glass frontal surfaces and all general civil, construction, architectural engineering and electromechanical works involving primary line fire and burglary alarm systems

Qatar Embassy and His Excellency`s residence

The project building required a basement, car park, swimming pool control room, laborers' accommodation, and a main kitchen with a total area of 4,549m2 divided into 652.43m2 for the ground floor, 571.49m2 for the first floor, 526.66m2 for the second floor and a 28.30m2 roofs

Netherlands' Embassy

The new Embassy building is the first building in Jordan to receive the prestigious international LEED-certification for green building. LEED is an international rating system which has developed a set of standards for environmentally friendly and sustainable design, construction and operation of buildings. LEED 2009 awards a maximum of 100 possible base points, based on the reduction of water and energy usage and the lowering of greenhouse gas emissions.
